CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS - Good France/Goût de France 2020
Restaurants, hotels and chefs in South Africa and Lesotho are invited to register for the sixth edition of Good France/Goût de France, taking place in the week of 13 – 19 April 2020!
The aim of this global project is to showcase and celebrate French gastronomy, the French lifestyle and France as a tourist destination.
This year’s edition will once again place sustainable gastronomy at the centre of the event, with the spotlight on the region of Centre-Val de Loire.
Restaurants must follow a simple rule: compile a four-course menu which promotes the full diversity of French gastronomy.
Each chef is free to choose their menu according to the local market and seasonal produce, as well as the exact days on which the dinners will be served during this exciting week.
Those participating will be included in the general communication around the event, which will include the final dates for national events.
