Climate - New projections for 2050 [fr]
The new projections from World Meteorological Organization for 2050 give a dramatic picture of the consequences of climate change if strong measures aren’t taken to contain the increase in global warming under 2°C.
The broadcasting of weather forecasts based on these projections on national media worldwide, makes visible what is at stake in the negotiations taking place at the 20th Conference on Climate in Lima, Peru.
As Laurent Fabius, French minister of Foreign affairs and International development, said: "We are the last generation able to act".

Fabius participates in decisive negotiations towards a universal agreement to fight climate change. This agreement will hopefully be undertaken in Paris in December 2015 (CoP21).
