The Chef : Catherine Lauria

Catherine Lauria is currently residing in Paris. She was previously living in Johannesburg, running retail businesses from 2002 to 2009. She is specialised in agro marketing from 2009 (Marketing manager for Guy Martin 3 Sars Chef Michelin, Groupe Lactalis…). She is passionate about wine and food.
