Prue Leith Restaurant is a contemporary fine dining restaurant that is run by the Prue Leith Chefs Academy chefs and students. The restaurant menu is inspired by European classics as well as local South African ingredients, flavours and techniques.
Adele Stiehler-van der Westhuizen is the group executive chef of Prue Leith Chefs Academy in South Africa. In this position she manages the fine dining restaurant, a professional chef school as well as a healthy cooking school. Apart from a Diploma in Culinary Arts and Wine achieved at Prue Leith Chefs Academy, Adele also holds a BTech Journalism degree from the Tshwane University of Technology. Combining her passion for food and writing Adele has contributed to several South African publications. Adele is also a member of the Slow Food Movement, Chaines des Rotisseurs (received Blazon in 2013) and the South African Chefs Association.
