So Chef ! “High Tea”

Come and celebrate with us the diversity of French cuisine and share some recipes with the Chefs on Sunday 9th October at Maboneng Precinct, in partnership with the Johannesburg Culinary and Pastry School !

French Chef Daniel Grondin from Reunion Island, who has 30 years experience as a Chef, will conduct a workshop at the JHB Culinary and Pastry School for twenty or so enthusiastic students.

Afterwards, the JHB Culinary & Pastry School will open its doors to the public to enjoy an afternoon “High Tea”. The social event as per the fine English tradition is a light meal served with delicate eats usually cakes and pastries and other finger food.

Come and taste the delicious pastries made by the students !

Bagel-Roast Beef

Amandine poire tart
