We’re hiring: Admin/personal assistant to the attaché of safety and security

Duties:

  • Screen telephone calls and e-mails, enquiries and requests and handle when appropriate,
  • Planning of missions (flight reservation, hotel booking, vehicle reservations) and management of return mission reimbursement,
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing,
  • Provide administrative support

Candidate Requirements:

  • Computer literate, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook,
  • Great written and verbal communication skills,
  • Fully bilingual French and English compulsory,
  • Must be very organized
  • Please note that only candidates with a valid work permit will be considered
